Vehicle type and equipmentStandard, comfort, a toilet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning or other equipment all have an impact on the price.
Rental lengthMulti-day trips and driver waiting times increase the overall cost of transport.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book a bus?
We recommend not leaving the booking to the last minute. For ordinary one-day trips it is ideal to submit a request at least 3 to 4 weeks ahead. But if you're planning a multi-day tour, a school trip in peak season (May/June) or a trip abroad, definitely start looking even several months before departure. That way you'll be sure of the best prices and a much wider choice of available carriers.
Is the stated price final, or can it change?
The price the carrier offers you through the platform is final and binding for the route and details you entered in the request. The price would only be adjusted if you yourself changed the request after submitting it – for example by adding another boarding city, significantly extending the waiting time or changing the number of passengers so that a differently sized bus is needed.
What if the number of passengers changes?
Once you send the request out to carriers, its main parameters can no longer be rewritten in the system, so that the offers received stay fair and precisely comparable. If you find out that a significantly different number of people will ultimately travel with you, and you therefore need a completely different type of bus, simply cancel the original request and submit a new one with the current details.
Can the route be adjusted during the trip?
Minor operational adjustments, such as an unplanned short restroom stop, can usually be arranged easily with the driver on the spot. But if you needed to change the route substantially, add entirely new places or extend the overall trip time, this must be resolved with the carrier in advance. Such changes affect the price and, moreover, must fit within the strict legal limits for mandatory driver safety breaks.
Can an order be cancelled?
Yes, you can of course cancel your order. Until you select a specific offer, your request is entirely non-binding. Once you pay the reservation deposit and firmly confirm the trip, any cancellation is governed by the transparent cancellation terms of the platform and the chosen carrier. You will always be clearly informed of these terms before you confirm the payment itself.
