Frequently asked questions
What technologies are standard in modern buses?
It depends on the specific vehicle and carrier. Newer buses commonly cover things like GPS, a tachograph, air conditioning, safety systems, communication tools or passenger amenities. The specific details should be shown with the bus equipment in the offer.
Do you have access to the bus location during the trip?
We do not yet show live, real-time bus tracking in the Find-Bus platform. However, the key details of the trip are confirmed in advance, and if needed the current situation can be handled through the carrier or Find-Bus support.
How do you keep an eye on driver working-time rules?
The driver's working time and breaks are the carrier's responsibility. Find-Bus helps you set up the trip so the carrier gets accurate details about the route, times and stops and can prepare a realistic offer.
Can the estimated time of arrival be shared?
Yes, if the carrier supports it technically or agrees on it with the organiser. For school trips, sports events and corporate trips, an arrival estimate can be very useful for keeping the group informed.
Is tachograph data available in reports?
Not automatically for the organiser. The tachograph primarily serves the carrier and inspection authorities to record driving and rest times. If the organiser needs a specific confirmation or report, this has to be arranged individually with the carrier.
