
Terms and Conditions for Customers
Last updated: 06/19/2026These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between Find-Bus.com, s.r.o. as the operator of the Find-Bus platform and customers who post bus transport requests. The text below is preliminary and serves as a template – the binding final wording will be added later.For the purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:The platform serves as an auction marketplace for intermediating bus transport. The operator in particular:Registration of a user account is required to use the platform services.In connection with using the platform, the customer has in particular the following obligations:A contract between the customer and the transporter is concluded through the following process:The price of the trip is set by the transporter in its offer. The payment terms are as follows:If the customer cancels the ordered trip, cancellation fees apply, graduated according to the time remaining before the trip:Any complaints and disputes are resolved by the customer primarily with the operator. Consumers are entitled to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) as the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes; only afterwards may the dispute be resolved in court.The processing of customers' personal data is governed by a separate document available on the platform.These terms and conditions take effect on the date of publication. The operator is entitled to change the terms at any time and will inform users of such changes. Matters not governed by these terms are subject to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and other legal regulations of the Czech Republic.This document represents a preliminary template version of the terms and conditions for customers. The binding final version will be published once approved.

Introductory Provisions
Operator – Find-Bus.com, s.r.o., company ID 197 07 461, registered at Holická 1173/49a, 779 00 Olomouc, operating the Find-Bus platform.
Customer – a user (school, travel agency, company, municipality, sports club, etc.) who posts a bus transport request through the platform.
Transporter – a verified transport company that submits offers to fulfil the requested trip through the platform.
Request – the route, date, number of seats and required equipment specified by the customer.
Offer – a binding proposal by a transporter to carry out the requested trip with a specific vehicle at the stated price.
Platform – the Find-Bus web application available on the operator's website.

Subject and Scope of Platform Services
Intermediates contact between customers and transporters via anonymous requests and offers.
Manages payments under an escrow scheme until the transport is completed.
Automatically generates contracts and invoices in compliance with Czech law.
Acts solely as an intermediary – it is not a transporter itself and is not liable for the performance of the transport.

Registration and User Account
Registration is free of charge and is carried out by completing the registration form.
The customer is obliged to provide true, complete and up-to-date information and keep it valid.
The customer is responsible for securing their login credentials and for all activity carried out under their account.

Rights and Obligations of the Customer
Provide true and complete information about the request and about themselves or their organisation.
Respect the anonymity of transporters – contact details are unlocked only after the deposit is paid.
Pay the deposit and the balance duly and on time in accordance with these terms.
Communicate with the transporter and the operator regarding the completion of the ordered trip.

Conclusion of the Contract

The customer posts a request with the route, date, number of seats and required equipment.

Verified transporters submit binding offers with a specific vehicle and price.

The customer compares the offers and selects the one that suits them best.

The customer pays a deposit of 25 % of the total price within 3 days of signing the contract.

Once the deposit is paid, contact details are unlocked for both parties.

The customer pays the balance of 75 % no later than 14 days before the trip (for reservations made less than 14 days in advance, 100 % is due within 24 hours).

Prices, Commission and Payment Terms
The operator charges a commission of 15 % of the total trip price.
All payments are processed through the operator's account under an escrow scheme.
The deposit is 25 % of the total price and is due within 3 days of signing the contract.
The balance is 75 % of the total price and is due no later than 14 days before the trip.
The price may include a fuel surcharge derived from the weekly fuel prices published by the Czech Statistical Office.

Cancellation Terms and Withdrawal
Cancellation 45 or more days before the trip – cancellation fee of 20 % of the fare.
Cancellation 44 to 15 days before the trip – cancellation fee of 50 % of the fare.
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before the trip – cancellation fee of 80 % of the fare.
Cancellation less than 5 days before the trip – cancellation fee of 100 % of the fare.
Due to the nature of transport services, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (statutory exception).
