What rights do I have in connection with the processing of personal data?

In view of the fact that we process your personal data, you have various rights towards us, about the content, conditions of exercise, and limitations of which we would like to inform you.
Right of accessPractically anyone has the right to contact us and obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we process their personal data. In addition, you have the right at any time to ask us for more detailed information about the processing of your personal data, such as the purposes of processing, the categories of data concerned, the recipients, the processing period, your rights, etc.
You also have the right to obtain from us a copy of all personal data we process about you. The only reason we would not comply is a situation where doing so would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons or data subjects.
Right to rectificationIf you find that we process your personal data inaccurately (e.g. we have an old address, contact details, etc.), you always have the right to ask us to correct the inaccurate data, or complete it on the basis of your supplementary declaration.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)We process your personal data only for the period we have determined, and then delete it immediately. In addition, you have the right to write to us to erase your personal data if one of the following reasons arises:

Right to restriction of processingIf you ask us to, we will stop processing your personal data, i.e. we will keep it stored but otherwise not process it. This right is called the “right to restriction of processing” and you can use it only in the following cases, where:
Right to data portabilityWhere we process your personal data by automated means and the processing is based on consent or necessity for the performance of a contract, you have the right to so-called portability. The right to portability guarantees that the data you have provided to us will be handed over to you in a commonly used and machine-readable format, or that we will transfer this data to another controller you designate.
Right to object to processing based on legitimate interestWhere we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to file a reasoned objection to this processing. In the case of processing for direct marketing purposes, you do not have to justify the request, and in accordance with the GDPR we will immediately stop processing your personal data.
This is the case, for example, where we send you commercial communications about similar services you have used from us, i.e. on the basis of the so-called customer exemption. If you do not wish this, let us know at our email, or tell us at the appropriate place during registration, and we will not do so, or will stop. However, if we also process your personal data on the basis of another legal ground, we are not obliged (and sometimes not even permitted) to delete that personal data.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data ProtectionIf you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully, you naturally have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Do you transfer personal data outside the EU?

As a rule, we do not transfer personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Exceptionally, such a transfer may occur, but only in cases where an adequate level of personal data protection is ensured in accordance with the GDPR, in particular on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or other appropriate safeguards. Such a transfer may occur in particular in connection with the use of certain analytical or marketing tools, for example tools provided by Google, Microsoft, or Meta.
